My recent projects...

We have a new baby in the family.  Mum and Dad wanted to keep the sex a surprise and I had some beautiful Sirdar Cotton Rich Aran yarn in Shale (unfortunately they no longer do this shade - I bought the last 4 balls I found online a while ago).  I love Marianna's Lazy Daisy Days Babbity Baby Jacket so wanted to knit one for the new arrival.  I had also seen an article on Pinterest about knitting the "perfect edge" so decided to combine to two and add in an I-cord Bind Off.

The booties are also from Marianna's Lazy Daisy Days.  I love her Ribbon Bow Booties and added in Judy's Magic Cast On and knitted them in the round - I really hate sewing seams.  I used Sirdar Snowflake to make them extra soft and cozy.

Little Tom was born 2 weeks ago and I'm looking forward to seeing him in his wee outfit.

A colleague is growing a beautiful bump.  Again, they want to keep the sex a surprise but she's a big Rangers FC fan so I couldn't resist....
